All orders will be shipped within 1 to 5 business days. Orders placed on weekend will be shipped the next business day. Delivery time is between 1 and 5 business days depending on your location. Shipping prices on heavy items or to the West coast may be slightly higher. If this is the case we will let you know right away before the order is shipped. There is an additional charge for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, APO/FPO etc. We will let you know right away before the order is shipped.
International Shipments
In most instances, we are able to ship your order to locations outside the continental U.S. Please contact Jenlywholesale@yahoo.com or call 1-305-883-1188 for more information and for shipping rates. Please include the item(s) you would like to ship and the address as well as the country code. We will respond within 48 hours.
Out of Stock Items
Out of stock items that are ordered will be notified to you by email or by phone and we will also advise you when the item will be back in stock. Out of stock items can also be replaced by another item from our store or you can request a full refund for your order.
Damage or Incorrect Orders
If your package is damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier directly or notify Jenlyfavors within 3 days for assistance. Once the package has left Jenlyfavors, the responsibility and ownership of the product has transferred to the shipping company and customer. Therefore, if any product is damaged during transit, claims are an issue between the customer and the shipping company. We value our customer relationship and will work with you, if needed, to resolve these claims. Note that many shipping companies require that the original box be kept until the claim is settled. Please review your order carefully before submitting. Jenlyfavors cannot be responsible for inaccurate delivery addresses or phone numbers.
Refunds and Returns
Complete orders may be returned within 7 days of receipt for a refund if you are not satisfied. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs are non-refundable. Partial returns or loose pieces are non-refundable. Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Florida (7%).
