All orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on weekend and holiday will be shipped the next business day. Your orders will be shipped by FedEx, UPS or USPS. Our available shipping options and your exact shipping and handling charges will be displayed during checkout. The delivery date is an estimate and not guaranteed and will vary depending on mail delivery disruptions and high volume holiday shipping times. There is an additional charge for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, APO/FPO etc. You can just place an order with us. We will contact you about the shipping and handling, and then you can decide if you want the order to be processed.

Please include all relevant information about your shipping address and verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. If you make a mistake or provide insufficient delivery information, the shipping company will charge an additional delivery fee or address correction fee ($15.00), which will be passed on to you. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that addresses given to us as shipping destination will be received by the customer. If the package is left at the door, it will be the customers' sole responsibility to ensure receipt.
In most instances, we can ship your order to locations outside the continental U.S. Import duties, taxes & charges are not included in the item price, and shipping & handling (S&H) charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Damages & Claims
Please check your order when it arrives. If any problem with the shipment, please keep all packaging and merchandise in original condition and contact us. All damage or shortage claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
Out of Stock Items
Out of stock items that are ordered will be notified to you by email or by phone and we will also advise you when the item will be back in stock. Out of stock items can also be replaced by another item from our store or you can request a full refund for your order.
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of Florida (7%).
Merchandise deposit will expire in 6 months. If you don’t complete your order within 6 months, we will consider you give up your deposit. And we will not responsible for it.
